WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? 

  • Once an order is placed, please refer to each specific item description in your purchase to determine the estimated shipping time for your order. This can be found just below the "Add to Cart" button under each product. Some items ship within 24 hours while others ship in 3-5 weeks depending on the stock, demand and handmade nature of our products.

DO WE ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES?

  • We do NOT accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

    MY PACKAGE IS MISSING. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    • We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages as it is out of our control once in the carrier's possession. If your tracking states that your package is "Delivered" but you never received it, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to determine further necessary action on filing a claim or locating your parcel. 
    • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or returned packages due to refusal to accept a delivery. If you input the wrong address when ordering or never accept your shipment in a timely manner, we cannot cover the extra shipping fees once it's returned to us. If your order tracking states "Return to Sender," please contact us at info@scubieee.com to validate the return and accommodate for a re-shipment fee.

    WHEN WILL WE RESTOCK?

    • We are working hard to do another restock on your favorite items soon. Please feel free to join the "Notify Me When Available" list attached on the side of each SOLD OUT product screen. Most sold out items are exclusive limited quantity but if there's ever restocks on specific items, this is the quickest way to be notified!

    HOW CAN I BECOME A SCUBIEEE MODEL/AMBASSADOR?

    • To become a scubieee© Model, please tag @scubieee on Instagram and TikTok with caption hashtags including #scubieee or #scubieeemodels for a chance to receive free gear monthly and be the first to cop and style new, exclusive gear before it's sold out. You'll also be featured on our site and socials!

    I'M AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER. ARE ALL SHIPPING FEES INCLUDED AT CHECKOUT?

    • Before ordering, please refer to your countries import, tax and custom fees as we cannot cover any additional fees necessary for international travel. Our shipping rates will not contain any further estimated international fees specific to your location at checkout.

    WHAT SIZE SHOULD I BUY?

    • Due to privacy policy and the handmade nature of our products, we cannot provide size guides directly on our site. All products are true to size so your most commonly worn size should be the best fit for you when purchasing from us.
    • DO YOU OFFER PLUS OR YOUTH SIZING? Currently, all of our styles are available in Adult Sizes S,M,L and XL. With each new release, sizes XS, XXL and XXXL will be available for Pre-Order only. 

      WHY DID MY ORDER GET CANCELLED?

      • Orders get refunded due to incorrect billing and shipping information, an item you ordered was already out of stock or high risk of fraud orders using another person's identity. Refunds will usually take around 3-5 business days to fully process or more depending on your bank.

      WHERE IS MY RETURN REFUND? 

      • Once your return package is on its way back to our warehouse, the return process has begun. When the package is received by us, you'll be notified whether your return was accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return package tracking states its been "Delivered." If accepted, please allow up to 7 business days (depending on your bank) for the refund to be returned to your original form of payment. If your return is declined, you'll be notified via email. 

        PRE-ORDERS 

        • Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, this is an anticipated ship date. Due to delays out of our control like bad weather, shortage of flights, holidays, UPS low staff, etc. It is possible that the anticipated ship date could be pushed back due to delays out of our control. Please be understanding, things can happen. 
        • CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER? Due to the nature of the pre-orders we allow up to 2 business days after completing your purchase to cancel your pre-order. After 2 business days we only are able to offer in store credit in exchange for canceling your pre-order.
